In the process of adding water to the feed machinery mixer, pay attention to the following issues: 1. Secondly, water can also be added in the conditioning stage, that is, adding water through the conditioner of the feed machinery. For example, by spraying 1% to 1.5% of hot water at 95 to 100°C at the inlet of the conditioner, the moisture content of the finished product can be increased by 0.4 to 0.6%. At present, there are similar molding products on the market: water replenishment flash evaporator, compared with adding water to the mixer, this method should have more advantages in controlling mildew.

In general, in the production of feed machinery, the control and regulation of moisture is a relatively complicated process. Including the purchase and storage of raw materials, production and processing to the storage of finished products, it is necessary to establish moisture control points in each link.
