At this time, the raw materials also need to be tempered to soften and gelatinize. It should be noted that during the operation of feed processing machinery, proper water addition is another important condition to ensure powder bonding and starch gelatinization. First, when stirring, spray water with a high-pressure water pump for several minutes to reach the moisture content of the powder to about 18%; secondly, add steam.

The advantage of this is that it can not only make the moisture content of the feed pellets uniform, but also meet the softening requirements. After the steam is added, the temperature of the material increases rapidly, prolonging the gelatinization time of the material, the starch is fully gelatinized, the working temperature of the die is correspondingly reduced, and the service life of the feed processing machinery die is improved.

According to past experience, during the production of feed processing machinery, when the temperature of the material after steam treatment reaches 90 to 105 ° C, the processing effect is good, and the steam pressure should be controlled between 4 and 15 kg/cm2 and kept stable.

In the long run, the overloaded work intensity will aggravate the loss of machine bearings. In the process of purchasing feed pellet machine, pay attention to check whether the bearing is running smoothly. A good feed machinery manufacturer will use high standards and strict requirements for bearings even if they are a small screw. Why? After all, the power of the brand is not blown out! Of course, weekly cleaning and maintenance of the bearings is also required.

3. Anti-blocking machine in the mold washing process The material is clogged, and it is complicated and cumbersome to clean up. Therefore, the "mold washing" process in the early stage is particularly important. Simply put, the mixture of cornmeal and edible oil is preheated in the feed pellet machine. The time is about 15 minutes, and then the mixture of fine sand and oil is divided into 3 times to fully grind with the feed pellet machine, and the total time is 45-60 minutes. It is worth noting that when using a new granulator (such as a flat-die granulator), it must be fully ground for 1 hour before starting granulation.
